Cut taxes. Safer communities. A  government that works.

New Yorkers deserve a government that works as hard as they do and I’m a man with a plan to deliver common sense solutions, fiscal responsibility, and stronger communities across our state.

Affordability

Pat supports New York’s property-tax cap as a way to help limit property-tax increases and keep government spending under control. New York has also adopted policies that will require increasing percentages of new vehicle sales to be zero-emission vehicles, reaching 100 percent for new passenger vehicles by 2035. In addition, the state’s all-electric building requirements began taking effect in 2026 for most new buildings, limiting the use of fossil-fuel equipment in certain new construction. Pat will work to roll back policies he believes limit consumer choice and increase costs, while protecting New Yorkers’ ability to make decisions about their vehicles, homes, and energy use.

Patrick's Priorities

Making our communities safe

Having worked in the NYS Attorney General’s Office, Capital Prosecutions Unit, the Organized Crime Task Force, and the Queens County DA’s office, Pat knows what tools police and prosecutors need to do their jobs. Those tools were stripped away by the disastrous bail “reform” law of 2019 which has handcuffed law enforcement, district attorneys and judges from protecting us. Pat will work tirelessly to strengthen soft on crime laws to create safer communities and reinforce law enforcement on our streets.

Building a better future

His entire life, Pat has called the 41st Senate District home. He knows the concerns and struggles of the people of the Hudson Valley. Pat wants to go to Albany to get government out of our way so we can grow and thrive. No longer will we accept New York being a place where our children must leave to pursue opportunity and the American dream.
